For gods sake, habbox staff are VOLUNTEERS that do VOLUNTARY work. You VOLUNTARILY pay money for features, no-one is forcing you to. And if you're going to be that impatient that you cant wait a day or two for a coloured name, then i suggest you work on that.
Habbox staff are NOT slaves. If they wanted to, they could just say "stuff it" and let the forum die, not moderate it or do ANY features at all. Just be grateful you get anything. Would you complain if Oxfam didn't rush to your rescue when you need it? No.

Great Point Alex, and yea i waited a day or two for vip, who cares a long as you get it. tbh, i dont like people like you if you that impatient then find another forum, and im sure alot of people would back me up with that.

Im unsure what side to take, yeah we are paying for features and they do get done, but lately (though it should be sorted now with wayne back.) waiting 3-4 days is abit long.
But as i said Tomlegend for VIP editor!

Just give them a break, like Alex said there only volunteers. They could just sack the forum but they don't, if you going to get all moody over some change to your account you need to think about you're life.. lol.
It's only a usertitle/name change/email/negative rep. It's nothing important that needs changing..
I think they should let other management help out though during summer as staff won't be on a lot etc..

If went to the counter and asked for help and had to wait hours then yes.

In a way I am heading towards the post starters point of view. They put the prices up, the vip for charges and they accept the concequences that, in the purchase vip should be placed on an account. If they are willing to put the page up to charge, then they need to be putting the VIP onto accounts a little more quicker.

If you desperately need help oxfam would come to you, there probably wouldnt be a counter involved. They are but lowly charity shops.
Moving slighty of topic, I like pie :D

They're not volunteers? (Assistant) Managers get paid. Not very much, but still money ^-^ And even if they were pure volunteers (as some are), they still have a commitment to service.
I used to volunteer at Oxfam, in one of their shops, but it didn't mean I got to laze about, or not serve people. I'm not saying I agree that Habbox staff are lying down on the job, but anything other than good service is unsatisfactory.

Although I do agree with you that these people are voluntarily giving up their time... I would like to add that they aren't completely as they do actually get paid for their work and time.
Also - a few of management and yourself now seem to be saying stuff like "BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU GET" and "BE GRATEFUL YOU GET ANYTHING".
Erm - sorry but why don't you guys be grateful that you actually have dedicated members who are willing enough to pay you money for VIP in the first place, which helps upkeep Habbox in general.
It isn't all give from you guys you know, as these people are actually customers paying for a service which they expect to receive in due course.

Well said Ostinato, I completely agree with you.
When people pay for a service, they expect to get it at 100%, not 99.9%, that's just not acceptable. I too have been waiting since this morning to receive my Black VIP membership. I think what I'd like to add on to Ostinato's comment is this.
If you are not prepared to meet the requirements of paying customers, then I don't think customers should be alledged to pay for the service they are not getting, it's as simple as that. Staff should be on every day to sort out these things rather than once a week, or it's just not dedicated. Yes, they may be voluntary, but they agree'd to work for Habbox and give their full effort, I don't think effort comes under making customers wait 48 hours for something they have paid for to be elegible for them to use.
Ostinato, that was a very good thing you pointed out, it also frustrates me to see managers of this forum having the attitude of "If you don't like it, get out" or "Shut up, we give you the things so be grateful or get off the forum" no, it doesn't work like that.. You are forgetting one thing, if we were all to get off the forum for a service a lot of us aren't receiving, there would be no members, and in result, no paying members, in further evidence; No forum. When Habbox does special VIP offers the amount of people that purchase just a colour from you is fantastic, so in reterospect, I think it is you that should be grateful.

Habbox are grateful for all VIPs we get on the forum, as it has been said in the past. We do not believe that you should have to wait for your services as you did pay for them, however, we are currently having problems with a VIP Editor as he seems to be away alot, and ---MAD--- is looking into the situation to find a solution :)
Please just bear with us and it will be sorted soon, I know it is a pain having to wait for a service you paid for, but we are trying to get it sorted :)

As I said in the other thread, we will be sorting this out soon. I do believe some of the replies from staff in this and other thread are far too harsh. Its completely fair that someone paying for something gets what he/she is meant to get in an appropriate time frame. 5 days is far too long IMO and that should soon changed *fingers crossed*.

Thank you and I'm glad you agree.
I just find the way certain staff members post all "YOU GET THIS AND THAT SO BE GRATEFUL" is all a bit high and mighty, but maybe they should remember why we actually get such things in the first place - because we are actually paying customers.

Wayne had to take his PC to get some upgrades which is why he was away, that was all :).
Everything should be ok, I will continue to monitor it.
