Needing a coder [Archive]

I am in need of somebody who can code this layout for free. I cannot offer any payment because i have just bought hosting. I would like divs and expands. Also would you put in a link so that i only have to copy it i would like it as an iframe so the radio doesnt refresh when i switch page.

mate, lets get something straight. you cannot just use layouts that you have just ''found'' on your computer like the last one you posted. you have to actually have permission from the original designer. and I would code it for free if it was actually yours.
