Giant spiders in the security place? Some monsters there are pretty good to train on.

I say Hill giants or Moss giants but in F2p there usually taken, so uhh.. maybe deadly red spiders or white knights. btw you get to karamja from Port sarim and the demons ( i thnik you ment lessers ? ) are in the volcano, but ur gonna need food and that wastes time so maybe train on somthing thats easier.
