Don't know whether or not they're the best, but Dentafrice and Invent are both very good designers/coders :D

From what I remember of Dentafrice, NAH, but I am actully looking at Invents POWERPANEL now ... Im looking to completey edit a panel, and it looks like a good open source one to do.

From what I remember of Dentafrice, NAH, but I am actully looking at Invents POWERPANEL now ... Im looking to completey edit a panel, and it looks like a good open source one to do.

Yeah, PP or KP are the best open source panels out there. The POWERpanel is a really good piece of design and coding, in my opinion, and the new version hasn't even been released yet :P

Everyone is as good as each other in different departments of designing and coding as not everyone uses the same style of designing.

You can't compare someone who codes in JS to someone who codes in CSS. Same with design.

That's complete trash.

If someone likes grunge layouts as opposed to clean, sleek layouts then he or she is obviously going to pick the grunge layout as the best.

It's all about personal preference.

To be a good designer, you have to show variety in all aspects of design.

Yeh Tomm is good coder ;) havnt seen any of his latest stuff tho. but if he was as good as he was then yeh hes got to be one of the best around here.
