CSS Problem [+rep]

I'm trying to code my portfolio layout but as most of you know codings not my thing and I don't have a clue how to code this part of the layout;

Because I want the box to be able to expand but the text to start from updates like it is in the image but if I was to code it the way I know the text would have to be under the bottom of the fold so it would leave a big grap at the top of the box or it would't expand properly.

can anyone help?

The top to the fold -> Make an image

Then call it #top, and make the title and description go in there (or posted by)

1px of the note (height) and the full width -> Make an image (like this:

-------------------------------)

Then call it #Middle, put the content in there

Bottom -> Make image

Then call it #bottom and like put by Tom or something?

So theres no way the text in the red box can be viewed where it is in the image and be in the same div?
