30 Seconds Bouncing On a Trampoline Is 1 Minute on the cycling Machine at the Gym, and Is alot More Fun. Trampolines can be bought quite cheap (I Bought a Good 16ft One From Ebay) Now but if you Can't Afford or Don't Have The Room your Local Sports Centre should Have a Club or Something. Jumping Is Good for your Leg Muscles And Seat Drops and Forward Flips are good for your Stomach Muscles. I still go to the gym but Think trampoline does me alot better!

i actually disagree with you. :P i've never got bored on a trampoline and i've had one for 6 years.

I agree. When i first got one i was on it 4 hours a day, now 6 months in i dont go near it. Are fun every so often though. :D

My mate has a masive one and about 6 of us go on it it is fun after abit u get stomach pains :] but its worth it
