And also i think you still have to wait 14 days but the prev recoveries get deleted im not to sure its to confusing

That's old. It don't work.
Now it says "Staff are looking into this matter, we cannot change your recoveries as someone else may know them"

and the recovs delete instantly and ur own are set instantly.
