Ok, These Don't Burn of the Calories but Try them Out, You Can do them watching Tv, On the Computer or Even in the Car!
1. Leg Lifts
Keep your lower legs straight and repeatedly raise them keeping them as straight as you can, Do this 5 Times. As Your Strength Increases Balance a Book or Two on Them
2. Thigh Squeeze
Place a Football or Other Inflatable Ball Between your Knees and gently Squeeze your Keens together and Release. Repeat 5 Times
3. Biceps
Use Weights or Books and Raise your Hands to shoulder level and lower back down to waist. Repeate 5 times
4. Bench Press
Crouch off the Edge of your Chair with your hands behind you on the seat. Keep your Back Straight and Close to the Edge of your Chair, Then Use your arms to slowly raise yourself, and Release. repeat 5 Times
I Know These are small Exercises but remember It's Important to stretch Before and after exercise
