Cabtech LLC will be opening soon, I have been working on it since early 2006 and everything has now fallen in place.

Now for the staff part.

We will have a large team of friendly staff for all departments. All departments will have a team manager and staff underneath them which will report back to me, and the client.

Designer
In charge of all design work including templates, logos, or any other graphics.

Coders
Coders will be needed for templates, DIVs & CSS knowledge is a must.

Developers
Developers will be working with me on doing custom work asked for by clients. Our base language we will be working around is PHP/MySQL applications and Javascript/AJAX.

Knowledge of any other language will expand our services, and you would become a team leader for your department.

Sales staff
Sales staff will be responsible for handling all incoming projects, and assist the potential customers in finding what they want, providing a quote based on an algorithm made up by the board.

Payment
Payment will be commission on all projects helped on. I am not paying you to sit around and not do your part on any projects coming in. You wouldn't do that at a normal job either. You will also receive bonuses based on your work and overall performance.

You can't transfer an LLC.

Actually you can in the USA. If it is formed in the same state and since we are blood we have the same tax identification number. Cabtech was actually his company offline. Cab/Cad is sometimes referred to as designing for metal parts/fabricating.
