What is a Pure Pker?
A pure pker either a ranger, mage or melee is when you have a character with little or no defence compared to the skill of your choice ( In this Case A Ranger ).

The Basics-
Let’s start off with the basics, what we want to achieve is get a character with the highest possible range level with the lowest possible combat. For this we need to cut down the amount of Defence, Attack and Strength levels... and so on. Unlike magic there is no way short of getting lots of random events (genies) to raise your range level without getting hp levels so naturally your range level compared to your combat will be a lot different to that of a mage’s magic level compared to their combat.

Starting Your Training-
Keep in mind that when ever you are pking or training you should always use a short bow cuz they are alot faster than longbows and also keep your bow on rapid when you are ranging.

Most people start off training on Chickens ( Located in Varrock, Lumby, Fally etc.. ) I suggest chickens until level 10-17

Then move on to Cows ( Located in Fally, Lumby etc.. ) Cows are great Exp for rangers Stay the cows till 20-25 Range ( or till 30 w.e )

After Cows Move on to Scorpians ( Located Dwarven Mine, Al Karhid etc.. ) You might need to bring some food along, also you can hide behide rocks and such. Stay at Scorpians till about ( 25-35 Range )

Once at 35 range i suggest moving on to Port Sarim and training on the Theif thats locked up, once he gets easy train on the pirate. ( Keep alternating ) Once 40-45 range Move on.

Secruity Stronghold, the first floor has Minotaurs They are good for rangers with 40-65 range, There are NO safe spots when attacking them but they drop lots of iron arrows :)

White knights i only suggest training on white knights once you are 65+ because you will not hit them offten, i suggest you hide behide stuff or bring lots of food. I suggest white knights till 65-72 Range.

Once 70-72 Range its time for lessers! When training on lessers there are 4 safe spots for you to train ( behide stalagmites Usually ) Train on them untill you have reached your Goal.

Note-
When Pking in F2p i suggest you get a high enough magic level so you can bind people. i suggest waiting till 40-55 range that way you don't gain as many combat levels.

- This Guide is For F2p. I also left out some stuff but i was bored and its 2 a.m here

Post any Mistakes ( I'm sure theres a few ) or suggestions on what to do better

-- Also i couldn't post under Tuts and Guides.. so i posted here if a Mod could move it please that would be great xD

P.S- i took some info and stuff from different sites and Fan sites and added it all toghter and added alot of my own stuff just incase you see some stuff you've seen before ( i doubt you have tho i took from my friends sites and such )
