Tricep dips.. take it you know what one of them are?
Push ups.. but make sure your hands are more or less next to eachother on the ground when doing them, otherwise you won't be working the triceps as much.

Get a largish weight and hold in with both hands behind your head (has to go over your head) and then slowly extend your arms to lift the weight directly above your head, then flex and give a controlled movement to get back to the starting position (behind your head).
DO NOT LET GO OF THE WEIGHT WHEN IT IS ABOVE YOUR HEAD

Best way to build up all arm muscles are press ups and pull ups

Get Two Medium Sized Weights and Hold One In Each Hand. With your Hands at your side, Reach Outwards (Sideways) and Upwards - See Picture for Detail
Black Arms - Starting Position
Grey Arms - End (As High as you can get)
Like doing star Jumps, Without your Feet and Very Slowly :)
Do as Many as you Can Until your Arms Get sore

If you're doing normal weights, just twist your arm around Anti-clockwise (right arm) and clockwise (left arm) and try and bring the weights into your body.
Easier if you work on 1 arm at a time to begin with :)

Tricep dips:
Sit on the edge of a bench, step or sturdy chair. Position your hands right beside your body on the edge of the bench, fingers facing forward.
Lift your butt off the bench and lower your butt towards the floor by bending your arms at the elbows. Make sure you stay perpendicular to the ground, back straight. Don't push your hips forward.
Lift yourself back up by straightening your arms. Keep your arms close to your body throughout the movement.
Taken from some site.
I know they're pretty good.
