How can I get my hair to look like this?

I would really like my hair like this picture of David Beckham. My hair is originally a dark brown colour however I now have blonde highlights aswell. My hair is naturally thick, but does anyone have any idea, how I can get my hair like this pic? Link below.

Well, the only thing is, mum and sister both think that I won't be able 2 get it like that, cos my hair is thick and goes curly when it gets longer.

Tbh, you need the right hair to do it, light, thin and from what you say yours ent ;S

mine does that, its so annoying
when they do it, they'll thin it out for you, but obviously it'll grow out

Well I had a haircut, looks nothin like the pic :P. But in my opinion it looks better than it did! lol

Ok, go to the hairdressers and get it cut with sissors not with clippers, And thinened with them weird sissors. Do that for 2 mounths then think about doing somthing like that with it.

You cud do with a better picture *Sum1 mite have all redy sed that but im too lazy to go looking thruw all the replies 8-) *

I took a picture into a hair-dressers and they cut in and styled it int he same way as the picture cost me around £12 every 4 week to get it washed.cut, blow dryed, straightened n styled.

After that i normaly to style it myself until i go back
