Not enough boxes?

On the quest to find Beepers and George, I went along filling in my boxes with the passwords. But at the end, I found that I didn't have enough boxes! Anyone else experienced this?

EDIT: I've worked out why... There is 2 Clue 7s... I've tried to enter anyway :D
