You can do it using ring of recoils but it takes to long....

You need alot of food, you turn auto retaliate off, you let something aggressive attack you, whilst wearing a ring of recoil, and just eat when you get low hp. (I think)

and genies and new random event.

Genie Lamps and that new school random event you get a book of knowledge where you can use it on any skill (Slayer)

And use recoils with auto retaliate off then let one of the monsters your using for slayer attack you.

Hit your task with auto retaliate off, 10 recoils 18 food and keep eating etc...
