Ahh I see. I'm sorta confused lol, isn't it, even if there is one new feature present in the hotel of that version, it would be in that version? eg. V14.0.1 or w/e.

Like Habbo UK, when they released V13, Habbo Exchange wasn't immediately implemented, but some other features were.

Because they don't have the Bobba filter option, it doesn't mean they are still in V13, which they aren't. It was released on .CA when v14 was installed, but later removed. A mod said it wasn't meant to be released just yet, so maybe it will be added in the future. It's nothing special anyways.

Like spanner said it was released but later removed. I heard that a lot of people went to the hallway and started swearing so they removed it, not that it wasn't supposed to be released yet.

Yeah, that's why they give you the option to leave the filter on.
