I get upset every time that someone things that he's good with Italian, only because he can say Ferrari, pizza or pasta, so, here are the basica words in Italian.

Ciao - Hello
Arrivederci - Good Bye
Buonasera - Good Evening
Buonanotte - Good Night
Benvenuto - Welcome
Buon Compleanno - Happy Birthday *
Buona Giornata - Have a good journey
Per favore (or Per Piacere) - Please
Grazie - Thank you
Mi dispiace (familiar way: Scusa) - I am sorry
Scusami - Excuse me
Come stai ? (or Come va ?) - How are you?
Tutto bene ? - are you ok?
Cosi' cosi' - so so
Si, tutto bene - I'm ok
Sto bene, grazie - I am well, thanks
Sto molto bene, grazie - I am very well, thank you
Non va (affatto) bene - I'm not ok (at all)
Vorrei parlare con **** - I would like to talk with ****
Mi chiamo Cajak - My name is Cajak
Ho ** anni - I'm ** years old
Vengo da Roma - I come from Rome**

* Even "Tanti auguri" can be used, but it means Best Wishes
** "Da" is only for consonants. For vocals, it's dall' (ex. Vengo dall'Ufficio - I come from my Office) and for plurals is "dai" (ex. Vengo dagli Uffici - I come from the offices). Plural "dai" works with vocals and consonants
