Shading RED/GREEN/BLUE/BLACK-WHITE

Any of you may use this alt im not sure wether its and alt or tutorial but anyway i decided i wanted to learn shading so before i did anything else i came up with this hope you like it :D
IF YOU SEE ANY ERRORS PLEASE TERLL ME AND THE SHAPES THE SHADING IS N DONT WORRY BOUT THEM I SHOULD HAVE USED SQUARES OR RECTANGLES
