Okay. I was just typing & I got these flashes of pain in my wrist & my wrist hurts now. No idea what it is. It hurts & normally sometimes I dig my nail into where it hurts & then it stops, this time, it keeps going. I know, weird method to get rid of pain. Anyone know what it is ?

Typing to much... type less or use more fingers while typing to limit wrist movement ^_^

When I type only my fingers move my wrist doesn't really move. It does a bit but not much. I can't stop it lol. My wrist just moves naturally. Umm... it stopped now but incase it comes back, thanks for the advice. You can still post advice, it'll be helpful.

Also, maybe MattyBoy is right.
