Joomla TransMenu v1.3 Problem

Hey :)

I just downloaded TransMenu v1.3 from the Joomla website. I have installed it into joomla Modules but I don't know how to get it onto my template on joomla. I have tried <?php mosLoadModules( user3 );?> but it only shows a text navigation. It also does not slide down when you put the mouse over it. Can someone help me get it into the template. Theres no read me file only files are the images for the nav and the js file and the css file :(


It's the same nav that HabboMeadow use.
