in the cap where the 2 mode bars and the corner and the hatch are... the BBQ is going there and where the tiles are the pool goes there and the deck chairs go on the petals when they all come out!

Loose the Mode. You dont have huge metal barriers at a beach sepearting sand.. and grass

wallpaper maybe more sea? and have deck chairs around the tables not stools..

Yes its bright and fun which is what a summer room should be. Only thing I would do it to change the wall to the cloud paint as it would look even more outdoors. A nice effort. 9/10

I think you should get rid of the Mode stuff and maybe stack the mats randomly so it looks more like a sea :)

Change wallpaper, get posters, do something with the petal area etc etc. I'd rather party in a default newly made room :)

It's ugly. Nothing fits, it looks too bare on the walls and the mode doesn't go.

Sometimes I wonder if you see the same thing to the rest of us :rolleyes: Ive never seen you give a room less than 7/10, even when it clearly deserves it.

As for the room, there is a not I can say for it. There are no good features at all. I would suggest ripping it down and starting again tbh. Fill your walls, arrange your patches better, remove the mode, remove that stack of trays (what is that supposed to be anyway?), ask yourself why the grass is so close to the beach. Theres enough to be getting on with there I think.

- Posters are random, yes we said it was bare, now it looks stupid?
- Still that blank spot of petals.
- Hams roasting over candles at a beach? Hmm ....
- Sand is to random, ew. Put more ...
- ICM way to bright for that room.
- Put clouds wallpaper.
- That tower of trays annoys me.
- Walls are still to bare.

Water is better now though and good, you changed the mode ... ;/

The roasting ham is in replacement for the barbeque lol and the 1 spare petal is where the swimming pool is going and the posters have orange and yellow on them.. and I dunno where else to put sands lol

the sand patches look randomly scattered, or atleast don't blend in with the floor. Change the wall colour to blue to give it an outdoor feel, the random posters don't fit in and those trays stacked are just weird. Whats the blue tile meant to represent? :S

Buy more sand patches. Fill the whole blank floor space, keep the petals, fill the rest with sand. Also the grass part, what do you do in there, just stand, add like tables and paras seats...

Yeah the tiles are replacement for the swimming pool - hence the garden bit and it needs a pool lol... and i'll get more sand patches bbz (L) and i've removed the trays xD

Yes exactly nick.. I have now filled the floor with sandpatches apart from the petals.. i'll re-screeny when that bit is done and then another one when summer furni is here.

Looks alot better with the sand now. I lol'd at the music, its like a retro bird song.

It's pixel's? A disgraceful mess is the wars going on, or bridges collapsing and killing people, etc...

It might not look realistic but you try to make a beach with no water furni, no beach chairs, etc. And your stuck to using things like doormats and blocks of sand that barely go together good, unlike petals which do.

the dude's just trying to help improve your room with his ideas. even if you don't like his ideas, you could just say thanks or whatever, as he took time to post on your thread, which apparently asks for other forum members' opinions and critism. if you can't accept critism, then don't post at all!

anyway, it's just a simple room. it doesn't stand out in any way. take some of the forum members' ideas and you'll do just fine.
