[WR] quick help! +8rep

ok im trying to play warrock, aint played in a few weeks and well whenever i try play, i get past the ok's and it comes to the starting screen (before log in) then it errors and says:
red_01/char01/UGLY_FACE_B.DDS file is cracked. Process will be terminated.

i thought it was quite funny, but now i cant play :(
I tried repairing it but im thinking of re-installing?

What you download with?

Because it seems like a file is corrupted..

Redownload again, I recommend www.download.com

If that doesnt work go to the forum and ask.
