Yes, posting it here helps a lot, because the WHOLE of the habbox community can help with this problem  What's wrong with PMing the guy who's job it is to sort it?

"Habbox Feedback" - He is giving feedback that he isnt happy with the service. I hate it when someone is negative about this forum, they get flamed.
-rep as your post is pointless as he is asking for help. I am sure if you asked for help, you wouldnt like it if people replied with what you replied with. Change your attitude.

But he has a valid point, even as a member of Habbox staff, we still have opinions whether liked or not by the public and/or our superiors.

His post was rude and pointless. Crans asked for help and gave feedback, all The person who sorts it out is away, maybe thats why crans posted here? I am sure if Professor-Alex asked for help, he wouldnt like to get pointless and rude replies.

And ...

A quite surprising response :S

Anyway If you want to report a member of staff that you think has been rude you can use the report button and it will be forwarded to the Staff Editor who will consider it.

I see nothing wrong with Alex's post :S He's completely correct, why would you post about something which a few people can work out instead of needing input from any old forum user.

So what, he's a little sarcastic in it, like you're perfect..

And to counter myself, was there actually any announcements about who to contact about VIP set-up's when nvr was away? I only noticed about Staff Editor.
Edit - I just checked the VIP announcements and it states it in there.. no need to answer that then.
