My Rare Values Report for Miscellaneous Furni

Today I decided to just search small shops & really big trade rooms to try and find Miscellaneous Rare Values. I also was searching the forum and found a few Miscellaneous Rares being sold.

Dark Blue Pod - Current Value - 7 hc sofa's

1 sold at - 7.5 hc's (Trade Room)
1 Sold at - 7 hc's (Trade Room)

Comment: The Dark Blue Pod is considered by some a bit of a Super as they are rarely seen anywhere around the hotel. The reason the value is staying around the same price is because some people think that blue pods are Scripted peices of furniture.

Green Iced Shutter - Current Value - Not Availible

3 sold at - 1 hc each (Trade Room)
1 sold at - 35rd (Trade Room)

Comment: The Green Iced Shutter has no Official Value so the price each one is sold for dips alot. Ive seen some sell at 2 hc's and some sell at 25rd.

Green Iced Shutter Corner - Current Value - Not Availible

2 sold at - 35rd - 17rd -19rd each


Comment: Just like the Green Iced Shutter, the Shutter Corner isnt selling
many people seek the Shutter more than the corners as the corners dont match much other peices of furni.

Comment: The Green Iced Bar is selling at completely diffrent values so its becoming hard to find due to people trying to selling them at completely diffrent Values.

A nice report but there is a recolours forum :D
