I can't call the new or old credit lines for UK and I have no Idea why. Anyone able to help?

Has someone blocked high-rate numbers from your home phone? While all the different phone scams where going around I blocked them out of my home phone. Habbo is the same kind of line, but it only charges £1 not £100
