Okies, so basicaly if i am thinking correct if you change the forum rules and we do no agree to them, then we can not be cautioned or anything because they havent agreed to the latest rules and you havent asked them, you have only asked them for the old ones.
No where does it say that you have the right to change them at anytime without forum users needing to say they agree to the new rules.
It only says
Habboxforum.com reserves the right to modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify the rules at anytime without notifying you, meaing you also agree to the new ones when you sign up.
Also if you don't agree with the rules then you shouldn't sign up.

It doesnt say that in the T&C, and i do agree with the rules i am just pointing it out to habbox:)
So you need to make every user agree to the T&C again:)
AND remove all infractions, bans, etc that have been given to a user that did not need to have to agree to the new rules because they didnt break a rule they agreed to.

I know, i agreed to the rules in aug 2006, not any updates.
No where did it say that you would update them and say i automatically agree.

That's when you agreed to updates.

nvrspk is right, you are AGREEING that you don't mind the rules changing and will agree to them if changed. It makes sense. I think they know what they're talking about, plus they notify you of rule changes and if you don't agree you aren't allowed on the forum for violation of the T&C as you agree'ed to follow any rules, whether you knew of them or not, as long as they are publicly accessible. :)

I'm not nvrspk4 ;) just covering his jobs.
Well it's a choice that you either accept it or don't come onto the forums, most people don't even read the T&C's when signing up to something, they just accept them. I don't see how its very two-sided, as we have clearly stated we will change the rules without your notice, which is saying we will change them and you will automatically have to accept them.
We do often announce rule changes to inform you of new rule breaking, as part of the T&C we don't have to.

Exactly, well put together :).

I can see what he means. It just says you agree to them when you agreed to them and that you modify them without notice. It doesn't actually say you agree to the new rules. Even if you didn't, however, you'll either be banned for disagreeing anyway. If you 'automatically' accept the new rules, then it should say you should, rather than letting a user assume that they have to, which is what you are pretty much saying Joshuar.
