Who will still use IRC when the clan chat come out. If its good i will.

irc, there probably wont be a way to ban/block poeple from group so it would be annoying and wouldnt be able to trade poeple etc. because of rules

Depends. Probably IRC, thats what its based on.

plus clan chat will have much stricter rules than irc so ill stick to irc

Irc is already well established. Clan chat will have to be amazingly good to get people off it.
