All you have to do is get an admin to goto admincp>custom bbcodes>Add new BB Code
and fill it in like this:

Title: Mod Notice
Tag : mod

And press save
Then when mods edit posts they just have to do WHATEVER TESXTHERE to make it appear like http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/537/modnjr4.png
aLSO IN THE REPLACEMENT SECTION WHEN ADDING IT , IF YOU EDIT THE HTML YOU CAN REPLACE THE TEXT COLOURS AND IMAGE ETC

I have a custom bbcode permssisions plugin from VB.ORG so I suppose you could use that to restirct normal members from using it :)
