Both level1 BUT I can easily rauise them to about level 20 or 40 and I will stop them evolving so you have like a lvl 40 pipulp. Beware then the next time it gains a level [with u ] It will evolve

Not through cheating , its fully legit. Someone I know started Fire red and his starter being charmander was shiny! So he traded it to me and I lvled it up to charizard xd
