The job openings on the actual site are hardly ever updated. Just check the announcements Forum :S? They always post an announcement when there are job openings.

The habbox.com ones are only updated when a manager wants his job openings on the site as well as on the forum (usually for long term only).

If its 1 week or a few days job opening, they won't ask for it to be posted on the site, not usually anyway :).

Basically:

A manager usually only asks for it to be put on the site when its a long term job opening instead of a few days as it creates a hassle for the content team to add and remove them every time a new opening is made although its not a problem if the manager really wants to :).

Well what MAD is saying is that the site will only be updated with job openings if the opening is going to be for a considerable amount of time. For example, it would be pointless to put something on the site if they were open for just three days.
I think maybe they should utilise the page more though? I mean you have a content team and it wouldn't be difficult for them to update it according to announcements?!
