Who is this voice? Homephone line updates.

I just bought credits via homephone to top up my HC, and after entering my credits code and listening to those gay voices talk to me, there is an announcement, in a mans voice, saying:

'The quest guild has opened its doors and invites you to make a quest! Get your hands on th area desk for just 15 credits, Japanese furniture will leave soon, on August 2nd.'

Out of date slightly, but this is nevertheless still an update, the voice was posh, an older mans voice, it sounded artificially created, as the words didn't follow a natural flow, although he did sound real.

I wonder which staff member it is!
