Louis turned down a great 16 year old cos he was "too young" two years ago.

I dont know what he will do to 14 year olds.

Steve Brookstein released an album earlier this year.
Shayne Ward has nodules on his vocal chords so we cant really blame him :P
And Leona has been touring America and has signed a different contract to get her more cash! Plus her album is out next year with her own written material. The X Factor contract meant she could only release cover songs. :(

i was going to enter this year but i didnt in the end cause i had some health problems blerggh!
but hopefully ill be auditioning next year (: i aint sure if im gonna do serious or joke though ahha. cause i can sing and ive done loads of soloing stuff and whatnot for school musicals and outside of school stuff but my mates wont to do a joke thing asin be all like 'SINGINGS MA DREAM!!!!!!! I BEEN SO GOOD ALL THESE YEARS' and then sing like a strangled cat and start a argument bare good (:

my friend is a really good singer
She recorded her singing whitney houston and everyone said she reached the high-notes well.
She is a really good singer and 14years old but it's like...
Tbh i could imagine her dropping out of school if she was to get through, Maybe lose but then end up getting a recording contract after.

X Factor is about looks and image just as much as talent. Besides, most people on it have bad technique and now you're gonna have kids on it screeching notes from the back of their throat with Simon telling them they have talent.
