Are you a admin account on your computer? If you have limited access then it means that you can't download the files.

If that isn't the problem then uninstall java and then reinstall the latest version.

If that isn't the problem try downloading the latest version of direct x.

Start > Control Panel > Firewall Acces > Turn off.
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Security > High.
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove > Java > Java.com > Reinstall.

Start > Accesories > Notepad > PASTE:

<html><head><title>World 2</title></head>
<body bgcolor="black"><div align="center">
<iframe src="http://ul8.runescape.com/l1,p0,j1" name="mainframe" width="800" height="550" scrolling="auto"></iframe>
</div></body>
</html>

Save as > World 2.

Last option will open world two, just change worlds.

www.rs-di.com/world2.html (http://www.rs-di.com/world2.html) <- Then change worlds.

I know what it is now

Woops forgot rest of message

You never chose to accept the java applet when it popped up. I don't know how to get it back up but what you can do is make another account on your computer and accept it this time.

pm me if it works or doesn't work

another solution is using the runescape client and if that doesn't work then try running it in the unsigned java version on the bottom of the detail screen.

Do any of these solutions work?
