i want to make text into a link

convert the text to symbol, make ita button one, add the relevent actions script for your as version.

[Decode]

- Make a Push Button
- Click on it and at the bottom of the page change the label to whay you want the link to say
- Now click the + button on the action settings for the button
- Then select actions > browser/network > getURL
- Type the url in the box and change when you want it to open

what would be the action script?

im using flash MX 2004 which i think is action script 2

Ok i converted it to symbol

in the actions box i put

getURL(myurl.com/mypage.php);
stop();

as i want it to stop and not keep going through it all.

but i when i put it on my site it redirects it to /NaN

any help how i can stop it doing that?
