I never really introduced myself, but im 3rd best in the united kingdom at discus and 6th at shot, im a keen rugby player and i am going to play for a good academy next year, i need to train harder and pull some more weights!
So i shall not be posting on forum as much, although ill be looking at habmate and hxf.

And wish me luck with my athletics and rugby and i'd like to say, Thanks to the managment of hxf, it gets some stick but at times they can do a great job.
