Sorry, but just because you're some poxy help desk member - it doesn't give you the right to call people immature. I'm sure you're as immature as anybody, besides - I'm sure most of these "immature" teenagers don't devote their lives to a help desk, like some. They have a PURPOSE in life, look it up.
