If you are from London and call some other country, you have to pay, but if its the one from the other country calling, you pay normal costs.

Yes it costs to receive. A hell of a lot too. My sister was in cyprus for about 4 months and only got contacted like every week and the bills where £1000+ a month.

Nevermind. Thats only £15 ontop of my contract. Although three doesn't have anbything on there sire, so i could be lucky.
