It is a joke Dionysus made up - We have always wanted new Public Rooms, especially in 2004. So, there's a joke.
You wanted it in 2004, you got it a year later.

It's because the Habbo Staff are lazy. :)

They wanted this last year and was planned last year.. So that is why the room mission is that :)

its Just A Simple Mistake , Maybe we did DEMAND It in 2004.
