Help with navbar?

Hi,

Well I am trying to get my nav bar under the banner instead under the welcome user bit and I want it to go along the banner like this:http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/1301/kkdy0.th.jpg (http://img504.imageshack.us/my.php?image=kkdy0.jpg)

The first one fits perfectly into the template the second one goes over the page when theres room at the other side to go.

Any ideas to what I can do?

I think the register is supposed to look like that, ive seen it like that on other forums, its just to enthesise that you need to register, sorry i have no ideas!

Its not because HabboMeadow have done it and when you login theres goes right accross aswell.

The nav bar to go under the banner and right accross the template but not off the template...
