ow do you upload picuters onto cpanel and then get the HTML code/tag to put the image onto ya siteee

You just in the file editor,
click upload file. put in file location, clikc upload, and its uploaded to that directory "/
Then u just write the html for the image u wnat, <img src="image1.gif"> for eg

Ok the tag is <img src="IMG name"> Image name could be say habbo.gif or whatever its called. You can either use ftp or just upload it so I will show you the second one for now.
Go to the file manager then then public_html folder (click file) and then choose upload file and upload the pic.
i'd just use photobucket which gives you html/bb code tag for putting images on sites

i think theres a image file manager and uses the code as abve to insert onto pahe

whats so hard about darging a file in to and ftp client, then just useing a normal image code "/
