no they wont. artists have covered thousands of songs and if that song is a fail, i doubt they will think the original one was crap aswell.

that doesnt mean people will think the original song was crap :/ if you didnt like the green day version of "i fought the law", does that mean sonny curtis and the clash were bad? not at all.
