How is it all your doing is re-selling a game

I quote:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valve_Steam#Resale_limitations

Games bought through Steam cannot legally be resold due to the unsuitability of current Proof of Purchase (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof_of_Purchase) laws. The only valid proof in an entirely digital transaction is the credit card used during the process, but as ownership of credit cards cannot be transferred, neither can that of Steam-bought games.
When a buyer purchases a boxed game he/she must authenticate it with the registration of a CD Key (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_number).[46] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valve_Steam#_note-cdkeysupport) In the event that the CD Key that they have registered is already in Steam's database, the user is required to submit an image of the physical purchased CD Key for verification purposes, as well as a purchase receipt less than 90 days old[47] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valve_Steam#_note-cdkeyreset).

I rest my case.

Won't work with steam if he sends you the disc and he has already registered that disc to his steam account.

no then you provide a picture of the disk, key and proof of purchase to them and they will change it, but STEAM is meant for downloading not for CDs imo

Disks are irrelevant.. you can download all of the games. Even if he has the key, its been used so you can't install the games onto your own steam account.

This guy is selling his account, which is against the terms of service. I've already managed to get one person's account banned by selling it on this forum - he was stupid enough to include the account name in his thread.
