first you got to find all the fonts ;\ then code it.

They come in zip packs, Just use the Habbotools.de one? however itl say " powered by HabboTools.de" but if you wnt your own fair enough.

The fonts wont be that hard to find

I'm not actually sure how much I want.

But its a very unique thing as only 1 or 2 sites have coded it. This means it could get your site A LOT of visitors.

Not rocket science to code one. Fairly simple GD. I could create one in under 30 minutes easy.
