The first was alright for a buddy cop movie, I hated the second one, was lame. I may go and see 3, but Jackie Chan is so far out of his prime it's untrue. It's hard to distinguish him from the old guy with the white beard in the the TV spot.

Go see Rumble in the Bronx.

I haven't seen it yet but I'll probably go when I have some spare time. All films with Jackie Chan in are great, but the films Jackie directs himself (or with Benny Chan) are the best. Watch New Police Story and you'll know what I'm on about. :D
