Do not buy anything off Nitrogen Hosting

Lately The hosting company I was hosted with closed down. So I found a New one called http://nitrogenhosting.co.uk/ I bought a VPS with cpanel and Whm. The Co-owner set me up and was waiting for an email from cpanel to conferm the lience had come through. He got the lience and sent me the cpanel log in. The password was wrong and I asked him if he would sort it out. Guess what he said "in a sec playing Runescape" so 2 weeks passed and he hadn't been online for 2 weeks. The owner came online heard about the problems and said "I'm not the owner of http://nitrogenhosting.co.uk/ any more"

THATS WHY YOU SHOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO HELP THERE RUBBISH!

Over the last month sales have dropped rapidly, and our trying to save ourself hasn't worked !
We were just £10.00 short of renewing our dedicated server, but nobody would make that £10.00 purchase.

As you said correctly. I am no longer the owner. He has stolen the entire business - paypal, server, everything.

I went on holiday for 2 weeks and I got back yesterday (Saturday). I left the business in the hands of somebody that I thought I trusted. He promptly argued with my clients, changed the paypal password, changed the security questions, ignored support emails, and therefore I cannot give refunds.

You’re all wrong. This was not Jake Hall’s problem. He went on holiday and left a friend that he thought could run the host while he was on a 2 week holiday. While he was away the person in charge could not manage it all and decided to give up. He then ignored all support emails etc. This is not Jakes problem so stop blaming him, also you may know that this is Jason’s problem ([email protected]) he also had access to my forum when I was hosted on Nitrogen and he took it up on him self to delete everything from it, also if that was not bad enough he flooded msn saying my websites full of key loggers when its not. From what I know there’s no such thing as getting a key logger by going to a website, the only way of getting a key logger is by downloading a file with it inside. So this is not jakes problem its Jason’s.
