Image uploader

Can anyone help? Just an image uploader that lets you upload images etc then gives you the BB Code, HTML Code and direct link to the image? Also can it have 50kb max and only image files.

To be fair i didnt ask what uploader you use and to be frankly honest, i dont care ;)

The problem above i sorted.
