Is it really that amazing? There was a 3 page review of it in PC Gamer but I don't think it looked that great.

i got bord of waitingg after 2 hours it was only on 16% so i stopped it. im gonna try in a few days. also there is one guy on my friends list he just got it but he aint got a mic so i cant ask him what its like

Depending on what all you say i might download it tomorrow , don't want it to be an awful demo and then it put me right off the game though!
i got bord of waitingg after 2 hours it was only on 16% so i stopped it. im gonna try in a few days. also there is one guy on my friends list he just got it but he aint got a mic so i cant ask him what its like
It has been downloading while it's like that but it doesn't show, my friends was at 38% for ages he canceled and tried again and it went to 52%

Playing Bioshock demo now, tbh it's not very fun atm, just really weird =/
Not buying it because it's just..boring xD
Anyone had or having problems downloading the demo? I got to 50% and it hasn't moved in the last hour!

Yes.
I don't like it. I gave up playing it cause it was boring. For some reason there were robots and stuff and you had to avoid. It was fine up until that bit, I won't be buying this.

I wouldn't be that easily swayed, the demo isnt even from the actual game.
Azul's kinda right, I think this was a Pre-Alpha Demo of the first level, they just had to adapt it to the new firmware in less than 3 months

Call it what you wan't. But I don't judge a game on a demo.
You need 50 MSAdam to download it mate.... thats why I got all my friends called 'Adam' to come around to next doors house (which has live...the lucky twits)

There are 3 splicer types and splicers used to be the citizens, Atlas's, Teneborum's and Ryan's
Ryan's and Atlas's won't try to kill you but Tenerborum's (most popularist) will try.

Well there are a few words to describe that demo. Here they are :
Eerie, Short, Graphical and Cool!
It looks like it will be a good game but the demo didnt make me want to buy it because its just too short!

They'll have made it that short to make you want more!
They didn't do too much temptation I think. But I'll still buy it, hell even if it's a bad game the Special Edition is still awesome

Finally managed to downlaod the demo and wow. just, wow. The best thing I’ve played for a long time. What atmosphere and style. This is fantastic.
I really cannot wait for the 24th now! Argh!

Damn that was one sweet demo. I thought the whole search the dead was a good thing to add , smoking cigs and eating candy was also a very good idea!
I wanted to jump down onto the little sister :[

When you were going down the lift did anyone see the big daddy drilling something in the big tunnel things?
ANDD When the plane crashed through the glass , the water effects on that were amazing!

I also loved it when you went into that bit where the alarm goes off and walk under the water stream and your screen goes wobbly. lol

Yeah , they hired a whole team JUST to work on water which is why its so impressive.
Like at the start when you emerge from the plane wreck the fire on oil on water is amazing
I know the graphics are wonderful, I couldn't believe what I was reading on the Xbox forums when they knocking the graphics.

They're some of the best graphics i have seen in a long time , the splicers are freaky though :[
I've played the demo three times and every time i've been attacked by different amount of splicers. Hacking turrets and bots is the best fun though! I had like 6 splicers attacking me and i had 4 bots just blowing them apart!
I really couldn't get to grips with the hacking, I kept over riding the damn thing.

Being able to search bodies, smoking and eating candy is all because it's an RPG based game, like System Shock and System Shock 2

Yea I'm sure when you either save or kill all of the Little Sisters you get a different ending, there is an achievement for saving all and one for killing all so I would assume that's it

I got 9 eve syringes and just started using them for fun :]
I was just looking at xbox.com, part of America already have Bioshock because some Toys R Us stores messed up and released the game, people have already completed it, but now it's back in the stock room waiting xD

This is one long game!
I've just read it really depends if you explore and stuff, if you don't it'll last you around 20 hours.

Yeah apprently the demo is meant to take you 45 minutes.
Can do it in half of that!! To be honest , im going to be taking on big daddys all the time and experimenting with plasmids!

This is one long game!
Yea so taking it slow might take a few days :P
