I dont know why i havnt done it before but anyway i went to see the person about the rune plate body thing and i didnt get no key and then when i went to oracle she was just telling me some gobble so what do i do??

The quest got updated so quest guides don't work.

Go talk to the Guild Master at Champions Guild and ask about EVERYTHING and get the key then speak to the oracle.
