Try to get a Habbo back and player support werent very helpful so i decided i would send an email to becs to see what she would say on the matter!



Hello Rebecca,

I sent an email to player support who i must say were very quick in there responses to me.

I just didn't get the response to them that i was hopeing to get. The habbo i created quite

a number of years ago so i didnt know much information to it. I started emailing the Player

Support team starting the 30th July untill the 12th August and ended up getting the reply:

Hi Habbo,

Thank you for your email.

I am afraid we are unable to supply the date of birth for this account as you have not

correctly answered the security questions we have asked.

Please have a very good think, once you have remembered the details, contact us again.

I sent them the various information that i could remember and sent them various numbers i

could remember that i have had in the past but still i got 2 emails asking for the correct

number!

Thank you for your email. Can you give us the CORRECT phone number used to buy the Habbo

credits. Don't worry we are not going to call the number, we just need to check against your

purchases.

Then i sent an email with the number i thought it was that was my last try and got the reply

to that saying:

Hi, We need the correct number used.

I want this habbo back due to it having furni on it i think in the locked rooms. Please

respond asap when you have the time to do so.

Thats a good email but i woulnt of said i already contacted player support,Although she does always go contact them

Did you put the 1st 4 digits? They said reply with ur phone number and my 1st digits are Personal but yeah put the 1st 4 digits before the proper nubmerrrrrrrrr

Yeah, Like my 1st 4 digits is 0*6* (can't reveal)But yeha msg them with 1st four digits and your number

Haha. i laugh at you. There is only 1 place in the UK with the number starting like that..

better to do *X*X? make s it more secret :P

Email isn't laid out very well, and some of it isn't understandable but maybe she'll "get it".

Anyways Becs hasnt replied to any of my emails,Well she did a wee while back she emailed me this:

I am receiving far too many emails to answer individually and we prefer
Habbos use the HELP TOOL for all queries. The Player Support team
answers emails quite fast these days so there's no need to write back
and claim they never respond :)


Please use the HELP TOOL for the fastest service. No matter WHAT your
question, please use the help tool. If it's a question for me
personally, they will be sure I see it. Otherwise, your emails go in my
" Habbo emails - to do" pile, and I only get to that every few weeks.

If you're asking about DJing or talk shows or interviews, I'm sorry but
I don't have the time to do these anymore :( Hopefully again some day or
if you're lucky and catch me on a day when I have an hour (those are rare!)

If they keep asking you for the correct number, then give them the correct number. You must be going wrong somewhere. They check it against the details they have on their database.

the thing is i dont know as it was 3/4 years ago. i supplied them with the oldest number i know!
