you don't get it instantly. you have to wait for it to be set up

You do get it instantly with PayPal, unless you accidentally used the 'Buy VIP for a Friend' link, instead of the ones in UserCP -> Paid Subscriptions.

PM nvrspk4 if you haven't got it and did it like that.
