Dreamweaver has a sort of auto-tag function but if you know how to code then Notepad.

Dreamweaver if you need a WYSIWYG (a bit like Word, where you see what the result will be), but for just plain writing of text or a server-side language, PHP can't really be beaten.

My God no.

That's possibly the worlds most terrible web-related program.

No thats frontpage hun x]

Dreamweaver is good aslong as you dont use all the tools in it - you end up wasting time, it saves time when making data tables tbh. When it comes to PHP, javascript, divs/css you may aswell just use notepad or a non wysiwyg editor.

Notepad++

That colours the text so you can see if theres any errors - just like notepad but colourful :p also has a functions sidebar so you can quickly move to a single function.

I like it.
